How Does a Hybrid LED Street Light Work?

Each hybrid LED street lamp operates using two renewable energy sources:

  • photovoltaic panel – charges the battery with solar energy during the day,
  • wind turbine – generates power even during complete lack of sunlight,
  • smart controller – automatically switches on the lighting after dusk and adjusts its intensity.

Thanks to this hybrid operation, the lights work continuously even during cloudy weather, winter and at night, ensuring full road and street lighting safety.

Certified and Durable Hybrid Pole Construction – Highest Quality Standard

Hybrid poles for our lighting systems are manufactured exclusively in one production facility, ensuring full quality control, structural safety and technological consistency of all components. The use of poles assembled from components produced by different manufacturers is not permitted.

The photovoltaic panel mount and the LED lamp bracket both offer 360° rotation around the pole axis, allowing precise adjustment of the PV panel towards the sun and optimal positioning of the LED light beam — essential for illuminating roads and pedestrian crossings.

Standards, Certifications and Structural Materials

The main structural components — the steel pole, mounts and brackets — are made from high-strength S235 steel and certified according to PN-EN 1090 by an accredited, notified body.

The entire structure is corrosion-protected through hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with EN ISO 1461, ensuring long-term durability even in demanding environmental conditions.

Professional LED Luminaires – Polish Production, ENEC / ZETOM Certification, 5-Year Warranty

The LED luminaires used in the hybrid lamps come exclusively from Polish manufacturers and carry full ENEC or ZETOM certification. They offer luminous efficacy of 138–160 lm/W, ensuring high brightness, excellent energy efficiency and safety. Each luminaire comes with a 5-year warranty.

A hybrid street lamp can be programmed remotely using an infrared remote control or a specialized Wi-Fi interface. It is also equipped with a built-in dusk sensor that automatically turns the lighting on and off. It is also possible to set a 5-period operating mode – adjusting the % light output of the LED luminaire.
