Hybrid LED Street Light 2×20W – dual, powerful illumination for roads, streets and public spaces

Hybrid LED street light 2×20W is an advanced lighting system equipped with two independent LED fixtures mounted on two separate arms. This solution provides wide, uniform and exceptionally strong illumination, ideal for roads, streets, pedestrian crossings, parking areas and walkways. The lamp operates fully autonomously – it uses both solar and wind energy, requiring no grid connection and generating zero electricity costs.

Solar energy + wind energy = continuous operation all year round

Hybrid LED street lights 2×20W use two renewable energy sources:

  • photovoltaic panel – charges the battery during the day,
  • wind turbine – provides energy during periods without sunlight, at night or in strong wind,
  • intelligent controller – automatically switches on the light after dusk and regulates power output.

The system ensures stable performance even in winter: 10 hours of full-power operation every night and at least 40 hours (4 days) of operation without any sunlight.

Dual arms and dual LED fixtures – full control over light direction

The hybrid 2×20W model is equipped with two separate arms, allowing illumination of both sides of the road, corners, intersections or alleys. Each arm can be manufactured at any angle according to the investor’s requirements – an ideal solution for projects requiring precise light distribution.

Powerful and energy-efficient LED lighting

Each LED fixture delivers a luminous efficacy of 138–160 lm/W, providing bright and uniform illumination for key urban infrastructure areas. The hybrid 2×20W street light significantly improves the visibility of pedestrians and drivers, especially in areas with heavy traffic.

High-quality hybrid pole construction – certified and durable

The entire hybrid pole structure is manufactured in a single production facility, ensuring complete safety, compliance with standards and consistent quality. The use of pole components from different manufacturers is not permitted.

The photovoltaic panel mount and LED arm brackets are designed with full 360° rotation around the pole axis, allowing perfect alignment of both PV panels and the lighting direction according to site requirements.

Construction materials and standards

The pole, frame and brackets are made of S235 steel and are fully certified according to PN-EN 1090 issued by a notified certification body. All components are calculated for:

  • wind loads,
  • the weight of PV panels, turbine and dual arms,
  • local environmental and installation conditions.

The entire structure is hot-dip galvanized in accordance with EN ISO 1461, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance.

Premium LED fixtures – ENEC / ZETOM certified, 5-year warranty

The LED fixtures used in the hybrid 2×20W lamp are Polish-made and certified by ENEC or ZETOM. They provide high durability, stable light output and come with a 5-year warranty.

Notes:

  1. The above system configurations are based on our actual project experience. They are suitable for areas with an average annual peak solar irradiation of 3.5–4 hours per day.The battery capacity is designed to store enough energy for 4 consecutive cloudy or rainy days.
  2. The system configuration can be customized based on the specific requirements of the customer/project and local weather conditions.
  3. The batteries are recommended to be installed underground inside a battery box. This prevents exposure to high summer temperatures and extreme winter cold. They are waterproof and theft-resistant, while also being very easy to replace later in the service life. The battery box can also be mounted above ground or on the lamp pole.
  4. The pole can be customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
  5. All components are compliant with required certificates and approvals.
  6. The main structural elements — including the pole with a photovoltaic bracket and the foundation — are certified by an independent, notified certification body. They are safety-tested in terms of load-bearing requirements related to system weight and wind pressure at the intended installation site. The poles are certified according to: PNEN 1090 and EN 40-5 for special load-bearing and construction structures.
    Any company that does not possess — or cannot provide — such certificates has no right to sell structures that may endanger public safety and could lead to a structural disaster.
  • The possibility of purchasing an infra-red remote control and Wi-Fi interface with software to program and control the lamps from a distance.
  • Poles can be painted in any colour from the RAL range for an additional price.
