The 38W Hybrid LED street light  is a modern and energy-efficient lighting solution designed for roads, local streets, pedestrian crossings, and public areas. By combining solar and wind energy, the light operates completely independently from the power grid, ensuring stable illumination throughout the entire year.

Hybrid technology – consistent lighting in all weather conditions

Hybrid LED street lights 38W use two renewable energy sources, guaranteeing full operational independence:

  • photovoltaic panel – charges the battery with solar energy during the day,
  • wind turbine – supplies energy when sunlight is unavailable,
  • intelligent controller – automatically switches the light on after dusk and regulates light output,
  • reliable operation even during wind, rain, snow, and low temperatures.

Hybrid pole construction – maximum safety and compliance

The entire structure of the hybrid pole, including the frame and load-bearing components, is manufactured exclusively by a single production facility. Combining elements from different manufacturers is not permitted, ensuring consistent performance parameters and maximum structural safety.

The mounting frame for photovoltaic panels and the LED fixture arm offer 360° rotation around the pole axis, allowing:

  • optimal alignment of the solar panels,
  • precise aiming of the light beam onto the road or pedestrian crossing.

Materials and certifications – PN-EN 1090, EN ISO 1461

The pole and mounting frame are made of S235 steel and comply with PN-EN 1090, certified by an independent, notified body. All steel components are hot-dip galvanized according to EN ISO 1461, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance.

Polish LED fixture – ENEC / ZETOM – 5-year warranty

The hybrid 38W street light uses a Polish-made LED fixture certified by ENEC or ZETOM. A luminous efficacy of 138–160 lm/W ensures strong and uniform illumination of roads and pedestrian crossings. Each fixture is covered by a 5-year warranty.

Notes:

  1. The above system configurations are based on our actual project experience. They are suitable for areas with an average annual peak solar irradiation of 3.5–4 hours per day.The battery capacity is designed to store enough energy for 4 consecutive cloudy or rainy days.
  2. The system configuration can be customized based on the specific requirements of the customer/project and local weather conditions.
  3. The batteries are recommended to be installed underground inside a battery box. This prevents exposure to high summer temperatures and extreme winter cold. They are waterproof and theft-resistant, while also being very easy to replace later in the service life. The battery box can also be mounted above ground or on the lamp pole.
  4. The pole can be customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
  5. All components are compliant with required certificates and approvals.
  6. The main structural elements — including the pole with a photovoltaic bracket and the foundation — are certified by an independent, notified certification body. They are safety-tested in terms of load-bearing requirements related to system weight and wind pressure at the intended installation site. The poles are certified according to: PNEN 1090 and EN 40-5 for special load-bearing and construction structures.
    Any company that does not possess — or cannot provide — such certificates has no right to sell structures that may endanger public safety and could lead to a structural disaster.
  • The possibility of purchasing an infra-red remote control and Wi-Fi interface with software to program and control the lamps from a distance.
  • Poles can be painted in any colour from the RAL range for an additional price.
