40 W Hybrid LED Street Light – efficient lighting for roads, streets and pedestrian crossings

The Hybrid LED Street Light 40W is an advanced technological solution designed to provide strong, safe and reliable illumination for roads, urban streets, pedestrian crossings, intersections and communication routes. Its key advantage is full autonomy – the system operates using both solar and wind energy, ensuring dependable lighting throughout the year without any connection to the electrical grid.

Dual energy source – guaranteed uninterrupted operation

Hybrid LED street lights 40W use two independent renewable energy sources:

  • photovoltaic panel – generates energy on sunny days and charges the battery,
  • wind turbine – provides energy during lack of sunlight, heavy cloud cover or nighttime,
  • intelligent controller – automatically switches the light on and regulates its brightness.

Thanks to this dual-source system, the hybrid lamp ensures stable lighting even in winter: 10–12 hours of full-power operation every night and at least 40 hours of work without sun or wind (equivalent to 4 cloudy days).

Powerful 40W LED light – ideal for roads and crossings

The LED fixture with an efficiency of 138–160 lm/W provides intense, uniform illumination essential for areas with increased risk, such as:

  • pedestrian and bicycle paths,

Certified hybrid pole structure – safety and durability

The entire hybrid street light pole is manufactured in a single production facility, ensuring complete quality control and compliance with standards. Combining pole components from different manufacturers is strictly prohibited.

The photovoltaic panel bracket and the LED fixture arm offer a full 360° rotation, allowing precise positioning of the panels toward the sun and accurate direction of the light beam.

Materials and technical certifications

The structure is made of S235 steel and complies with the PN-EN 1090 standard, certified by an independent, notified certification body. Each pole is individually calculated for:

  • wind loads,
  • weight of the solar panels and wind turbine,
  • environmental conditions at the installation site.

The entire construction is protected with hot-dip galvanization according to EN ISO 1461, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance.

Premium LED fixture – ENEC / ZETOM, 5-year warranty

The Polish LED fixture used in the 40W hybrid lamp is certified with ENEC or ZETOM, guaranteeing top-level safety and manufacturing quality. Each LED fixture comes with a 5-year warranty.

Working time

Five-period operating mode available: adjustable LED luminaire power (%) during night hours, enabling extended autonomous operation.

Notes:

  1. The above system configurations are based on our actual project experience. They are suitable for areas with an average annual peak solar irradiation of 3.5–4 hours per day.The battery capacity is designed to store enough energy for 4 consecutive cloudy or rainy days.
  2. The system configuration can be customized based on the specific requirements of the customer/project and local weather conditions.
  3. The batteries are recommended to be installed underground inside a battery box. This prevents exposure to high summer temperatures and extreme winter cold. They are waterproof and theft-resistant, while also being very easy to replace later in the service life. The battery box can also be mounted above ground or on the lamp pole.
  4. The pole can be customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
  5. All components are compliant with required certificates and approvals.
  6. The main structural elements — including the pole with a photovoltaic bracket and the foundation — are certified by an independent, notified certification body. They are safety-tested in terms of load-bearing requirements related to system weight and wind pressure at the intended installation site. The poles are certified according to: PNEN 1090 and EN 40-5 for special load-bearing and construction structures.
    Any company that does not possess — or cannot provide — such certificates has no right to sell structures that may endanger public safety and could lead to a structural disaster.
  • The possibility of purchasing an infra-red remote control and Wi-Fi interface with software to program and control the lamps from a distance.
  • Poles can be painted in any colour from the RAL range for an additional price.
