50 W Hybrid LED Street Light – intense illumination for roads, streets and pedestrian crossings

The Hybrid LED Street Light 50W is an advanced roadway lighting system combining photovoltaic panels and a wind turbine. By using two renewable energy sources simultaneously, it provides stable, bright and safe illumination even during long periods of cloudiness. It is the ideal choice for cities, municipalities and investors seeking powerful, independent and fully eco-friendly lighting for streets, roads and high-risk areas such as pedestrian crossings and intersections.

Dual energy input – reliable operation all year round

Hybrid LED street lights 50W combine solar and wind power to ensure continuous system operation:

  • the solar panel charges the battery during the day,
  • the wind turbine generates energy even at night or without sunlight,
  • the intelligent controller activates the lamp at dusk and adjusts brightness according to environmental conditions.

The system provides 10–12 hours of operation every night, even in winter, and the battery offers at least 50 hours of work (5 days) without any sun or wind.

The LED fixture offers an efficiency of 138–160 lm/W, delivering strong and uniform light. The 50W hybrid street light is perfectly suited for areas requiring enhanced visibility:

Certified hybrid pole structure – maximum durability and safety

The entire hybrid pole structure is manufactured exclusively in a single production facility, ensuring technological consistency, safety and full compliance with European standards. Using pole components from different manufacturers is strictly prohibited.

The photovoltaic panel bracket and the LED fixture arm feature a 360° rotation around the pole axis, enabling perfect adjustment of the panels to the sun and precise illumination of the road or pedestrian crossing.

Standards, certifications and construction materials

The pole, bracket and support are made of S235 steel and certified according to PN-EN 1090 by an independent, notified certification body. Each pole is individually calculated for:

  • wind load,
  • the weight of the panels and turbine,
  • environmental conditions of the installation area.

All components are protected with hot-dip galvanization in accordance with EN ISO 1461, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance.

Polish LED fixture – ENEC / ZETOM, 5-year warranty

LED fixtures used in the 50W hybrid lamp are manufactured in Poland and certified with ENEC or ZETOM. Their reliability is backed by a 5-year warranty.

Working time

Five-period operating mode available: adjustable LED luminaire power (%) during night hours, enabling extended autonomous operation.

Notes:

  1. The above system configurations are based on our actual project experience. They are suitable for areas with an average annual peak solar irradiation of 3.5–4 hours per day.The battery capacity is designed to store enough energy for 4 consecutive cloudy or rainy days.
  2. The system configuration can be customized based on the specific requirements of the customer/project and local weather conditions.
  3. The batteries are recommended to be installed underground inside a battery box. This prevents exposure to high summer temperatures and extreme winter cold. They are waterproof and theft-resistant, while also being very easy to replace later in the service life. The battery box can also be mounted above ground or on the lamp pole.
  4. The pole can be customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
  5. All components are compliant with required certificates and approvals.
  6. The main structural elements — including the pole with a photovoltaic bracket and the foundation — are certified by an independent, notified certification body. They are safety-tested in terms of load-bearing requirements related to system weight and wind pressure at the intended installation site. The poles are certified according to: PNEN 1090 and EN 40-5 for special load-bearing and construction structures.
    Any company that does not possess — or cannot provide — such certificates has no right to sell structures that may endanger public safety and could lead to a structural disaster.
  • The possibility of purchasing an infra-red remote control and Wi-Fi interface with software to program and control the lamps from a distance.
  • Poles can be painted in any colour from the RAL range for an additional price.
