The 30W LED solar street light is a modern, energy-efficient lighting solution designed for illuminating streets, local roads, pedestrian pathways, parking areas, residential zones, parks, and locations without access to electrical infrastructure. Its fully autonomous operation eliminates the need for cable routing and significantly reduces investment costs.

30W solar LED street lights use a high-efficiency photovoltaic panel, long-life battery and an intelligent controller that ensure automatic operation after dusk, full energy independence and stable lighting throughout the year – even in harsh weather conditions.

Professional 30W solar-powered LED street lighting

The 30W solar system has been engineered for effective illumination of public areas, roads and pedestrian routes. Thanks to modern LED diodes with an efficiency of 138–160 lm/W, the lamp generates a strong, uniform light output, improving visibility and user safety.

Polish-made LED luminaire – ENEC / ZETOM certification and 5-year warranty

The 30W model is equipped exclusively with a Polish-manufactured LED luminaire, produced according to the highest industry standards. The luminaire is certified with ENEC or ZETOM, confirming electrical safety, light quality, component durability and compliance with European lighting standards. Each luminaire is covered by a 5-year warranty.

Solar pole compliant with PN-EN 1090 – certified steel structure

The load-bearing structure of the system – including the S235 steel pole and the S235 bracket and support frame – is manufactured in accordance with the European standard PN-EN 1090, supervised by an independent, notified certification body. PN-EN 1090 guarantees full structural safety, correct load-bearing capacity and resistance to mechanical stresses.

All steel components are hot-dip galvanized according to EN ISO 1461, ensuring long-term resistance to corrosion, moisture and environmental conditions.

Photovoltaic mounting frame and 360° adjustable arm – optimal lamp positioning

The mounting frame for the photovoltaic panel and the LED luminaire arm offer full adjustment and 360° rotation around the pole axis. This allows the panel to be set at the optimal angle towards the sun, while the LED luminaire can be precisely aimed at the area requiring illumination. This is essential for maximizing system efficiency and ensuring the highest lighting quality.

Full wind-load certification – wind zones I, II and III

30W solar street lights installed on solar poles are always calculated for loads associated with:

  • the total weight of the PV system,
  • the surface area of the panel and wind pressure,
  • the requirements of wind zones I, II and III according to PN-EN 1991-1-4.

This ensures safe operation in all regions – from urban areas to open spaces exposed to strong wind gusts.

All pole components from one manufacturer – guaranteed structural safety

The entire solar pole is manufactured by a single producer. Mixing components from different manufacturers is not permitted, as it compromises structural integrity and prevents proper certification and compliance with PN-EN standards.

Notes:

  1. The above system configurations are based on our actual project experience. They are suitable for areas with an average annual peak solar irradiation of 3.5–4 hours per day.The battery capacity is designed to store enough energy for 4 consecutive cloudy or rainy days.
  2. The system configuration can be customized based on the specific requirements of the customer/project and local weather conditions.
  3. The batteries are recommended to be installed underground inside a battery box.This prevents exposure to high summer temperatures and extreme winter cold.They are waterproof and theft-resistant, while also being very easy to replace later in the service life. The battery box can also be mounted above ground or on the lamp pole.
  4. The pole can be customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
  5. All components are compliant with required certificates and approvals.
  6. The main structural elements — including the pole with a photovoltaic bracket and the foundation — are certified by an independent, notified certification body. They are safety-tested in terms of load-bearing requirements related to system weight and wind pressure at the intended installation site.
    The poles are certified according to: EN 1090 and EN 40-5 for special load-bearing and construction structures.
    Any company that does not possess — or cannot provide — such certificates has no right to sell structures that may endanger public safety and could lead to a structural disaster.
