The 40W solar LED street light is an advanced lighting solution that operates fully autonomously, without the need for connection to the electrical grid. Polish-made luminaire – highest PL quality

Solar pole structure compliant with PN-EN 1090

The pole on which the solar lamp is mounted is manufactured in accordance with the PN-EN 1090 standard. This European norm defines rules for the design, production, and inspection of steel and aluminum structures. It means that every stage — from materials, through welding, to finishing — is subject to strict quality procedures.

Thanks to PN-EN 1090, the pole structure guarantees proper strength, stability, and safety during many years of outdoor use.

Solar pole adapted for wind zones I, II and III

The entire pole structure, including the PV mounting bracket, has been calculated and adapted for wind zones I, II and III according to PN-EN 1991-1-4. This takes into account real loads caused by strong wind, side gusts, and wind pressure on the photovoltaic panel. As a result, the lamp remains fully stable even under demanding atmospheric conditions — in open areas, near the coastline, or in elevated terrain.

Solar pole construction manufactured in one facility – why is it so important?

The entire solar pole, together with the supporting structure for the photovoltaic panel, is produced exclusively by one manufacturing plant. Combining elements from different manufacturers is not permitted, as it may cause:

  • lack of structural consistency and reduced load-bearing capacity,
  • compatibility issues and installation problems,
  • difficulties in obtaining certificates and compliance documentation,
  • lack of full manufacturer responsibility for the complete structure.

Unified production ensures technical consistency, durability, safety, and the ability to provide complete compliance documentation for the pole as a single, fully certified product.

Notes:

  1. The above system configurations are based on our actual project experience. They are suitable for areas with an average annual peak solar irradiation of 3.5–4 hours per day.The battery capacity is designed to store enough energy for 4 consecutive cloudy or rainy days.
  2. The system configuration can be customized based on the specific requirements of the customer/project and local weather conditions.
  3. The batteries are recommended to be installed underground inside a battery box.
    This prevents exposure to high summer temperatures and extreme winter cold.
    They are waterproof and theft-resistant, while also being very easy to replace later in the service life.
  4. The battery box can also be mounted above ground or on the lamp pole.
  5. The pole can be customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
  6. All components are compliant with required certificates and approvals.
  7. The main structural elements — including the pole with a photovoltaic bracket and the foundation — are certified by an independent, notified certification body. They are safety-tested in terms of load-bearing requirements related to system weight and wind pressure at the intended installation site.
    The poles are certified according to: PN-EN 1090 and EN 40-5 for special load-bearing and construction structures.
    Any company that does not possess — or cannot provide — such certificates has no right to sell structures that may endanger public safety and could lead to a structural disaster.
