30 W Hybrid Street Lamp

Hybrid lighting of the sports and recreational complex – Stary Ciepielów

In the village of Stary Ciepielów, the delivery and installation of hybrid LED street lamps with a power of 30 W were carried out to illuminate the sports and recreational complex. The investment significantly improves user safety after dark and increases the functionality of areas dedicated to sports and recreational activities.

Modern hybrid lighting poles HLU-30W/400W/890W/6m were installed, equipped with energy-efficient LED luminaires with a light colour of 4000 K and a luminous flux of 6187 lm. The luminaires were mounted at a height of 6 metres, ensuring uniform illumination of sports fields, pedestrian routes, and recreational zones without glare.

The lighting poles are fitted with photovoltaic panels with a total power of 890 W, manufactured using Bifacial Half-Cut technology. The bifacial panels generate energy from both direct and reflected solar radiation, increasing system efficiency and ensuring stable operation under variable weather conditions.

The system is complemented by a 400 W wind turbine equipped with three carbon fibre blades. This material provides high strength, low weight, and quiet, smooth operation, even during stronger wind gusts. The turbine effectively supports lamp power supply during periods of limited sunlight, increasing the system’s energy independence.

The hybrid pole is made of S235 steel, with a weight of 280 kg, in accordance with the PN-EN 1090 construction standard, and designed for operation in Wind Zone I pursuant to PN-EN 1991-1-4. The structure is mounted on a F200 V43 foundation weighing 450 kg, ensuring high stability and safe operation even under intensive site use.

The lighting system provides a minimum of 10 hours of operation per day at full power, while battery capacity allows for up to 60 hours of autonomous operation during several consecutive cloudy and windless days. As a result, the sports complex remains safe and functional also during the autumn and winter seasons.

The use of hybrid lighting within the sports complex significantly enhances comfort after dark, enables evening sports and recreational activities, reduces the risk of injuries, and increases residents’ sense of safety.

The applied Polish-made LED luminaires, holding ENEC certification, guarantee high light quality, durability, and reliability. The project in Stary Ciepielów represents a modern, ecological, and long-lasting lighting solution for sports and recreational infrastructure.
