Hybrid Pedestrian Crossing Lighting – Popowo (Grajewo County)

In the village of Popowo, located within Grajewo County, a project was implemented covering the lighting of modernized pedestrian crossings. The investment was focused on improving the safety of vulnerable road users and increasing the visibility and legibility of pedestrian crossings in public space.

As part of the project, hybrid LED street lights with a rated power of 38 W were supplied and installed. The applied model was HLU-38W/400W/400W/6 m, equipped with LED luminaires with a light colour temperature of 4000 K and a high luminous flux of 6,100 lm, ensuring very good visibility of pedestrian silhouettes after dusk.

The street lights are fitted with dedicated LED street luminaires, designed specifically for pedestrian crossing illumination. The applied asymmetrical light distribution (left-hand or right-hand version) allows precise illumination of the crossing area only, without causing glare for drivers.

The pole structures were manufactured from S235 structural steel, in accordance with the EN 1090 standard, ensuring durability, stability and safe operation of the lighting infrastructure within the road right-of-way.

The applied Polish-manufactured LED luminaires meet stringent quality standards and hold a ZETOM certification. The devices are covered by a 5-year warranty, confirming their reliability and high workmanship quality.

The completed investment constitutes a modern, energy-efficient solution improving road traffic safety and the comfort of pedestrians using crossings in the village of Popowo.
