Hybrid LED street lamps with a power of 38 W were used to illuminate the pedestrian crossing, model HLU-38W/400W/400W/6m, equipped with luminaires with a light color temperature of 5700 K and a luminous flux of 6100 lm. The LED luminaires were specially designed for illuminating pedestrian crossings, ensuring very good visibility of the human silhouette.

Asymmetrical LED street luminaires were used – left-sided or right-sided, directing light exclusively onto the pedestrian crossing area. This solution effectively eliminates the glare effect for drivers while precisely illuminating the pedestrian movement zone.

The street lamps were installed on steel poles made of S235 steel, compliant with the construction standard PN-EN 1090. The structure meets current technical requirements and has been designed for durability and safe operation in urban space. LED luminaires were installed at a height of 6 meters.

The lighting system enables operation at full power for a minimum of 11 hours per day. The applied energy storage system ensures up to 44 hours of autonomous operation in conditions of no sunlight, even during several consecutive cloudy days. Additionally, it is possible to set a 5-level operating mode, allowing adjustment of the light intensity depending on needs.

The LED luminaires used are manufactured in Poland and meet strict quality standards confirmed by tests and ZETOM certifications. The entire solution complies with the current regulation WR-D-41-4 concerning pedestrian crossing lighting.

The completed investment significantly improves pedestrian safety, increases comfort of movement after dark, and serves as an example of a modern and energy-efficient approach to road infrastructure.
