Pedestrian Crossing Illumination – Mickiewicza Street, Leżajsk

In the town of Leżajsk, on Mickiewicza Street, an investment project was implemented consisting of the additional illumination of a pedestrian crossing using modern lighting solutions. The objective of the project was to enhance pedestrian safety and improve visibility within the crossing area, particularly after dusk.

As part of the project, the supply and installation of a hybrid LED street light, dedicated to pedestrian crossing illumination, were carried out. The applied model was HLU-50W/500W/400W/6 m – EKO, ensuring high lighting efficiency and stable operation under road conditions.

The hybrid street light is equipped with a dedicated LED street luminaire, specifically designed for pedestrian crossing illumination. The applied light distribution allows precise direction of the luminous flux exclusively onto the crossing area, without causing glare for drivers.

The lighting pole was painted in accordance with the RAL colour palette, based on the investor’s individual guidelines, allowing for aesthetic integration of the infrastructure with the street surroundings and existing development.

The implemented solution constitutes a durable, energy-efficient and functional enhancement of road infrastructure, having a tangible impact on improving pedestrian safety on Mickiewicza Street in Leżajsk.
