Hybrid Lighting of the Marketplace – Wądroże Wielkie

In the town of Wądroże Wielkie, an investment project was implemented involving the lighting of the marketplace using modern hybrid LED street lanterns, designed for intensively used public spaces.

Hybrid LED street lanterns with a rated power of 50 W were applied, model HLU-50W/520W/400W/6m-EKO. The LED luminaires were mounted at a height of 5.2 meters on octagonal steel poles, ensuring wide and uniform light distribution across the entire marketplace area.

The use of hybrid lighting at the marketplace enables safe operation of the facility both in the early morning hours and after dark, when the market is intensively used by vendors and customers.

Proper illumination of the marketplace:

• increases user safety and reduces the risk of trips and collisions,
• improves comfort of trading activities and movement between stalls,
• acts preventively against theft and vandalism,
• facilitates maintenance of order and site supervision.

The hybrid power supply system, utilizing renewable energy sources, allows the lighting system to operate independently without generating electricity costs and without the need to expand grid infrastructure.

The applied lanterns constitute a durable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solution, perfectly suited to the specific nature of marketplaces, where safety, reliability, and low operating costs are of key importance.
