Active pedestrian crossing – Prologis Logistics Park Janki

At the Prologis Logistics Park – Janki, located in the town of Sokołów near Warsaw, an investment project was implemented aimed at improving pedestrian crossing safety in an area with intensive heavy vehicle traffic and internal transport operations.

As part of the project, active, hybrid D-6 road signs were installed, forming an element of a modern road traffic safety system within the logistics infrastructure.

The applied active D-6 signs are equipped with a dynamic warning system, which increases the visibility of the pedestrian crossing and effectively attracts the attention of drivers approaching the pedestrian traffic zone.

The hybrid power supply technology ensures independent and continuous operation of the signage without the need for permanent connection to the power grid, which is particularly important in industrial and logistics areas.

The implemented solution significantly enhances the safety of employees and visitors moving within the logistics park, while also improving traffic organization in a dynamic warehouse and transport environment.
