Solar Lighting of the Municipal Park – Jeziorko Housing Estate, Ciechanów

In the Jeziorko housing estate in Ciechanów, an investment was carried out involving the construction of a new municipal park, with a key element being the use of modern and environmentally friendly park lighting. The goal of the project was to create a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing recreational space available to residents throughout the year.

As part of the project, 16 W solar LED park lights were supplied and installed. The applied model was SLO-16W/200W/4m, designed for autonomous operation in green and recreational areas.

The luminaires are equipped with a milky “Pine Cone” type diffuser, which provides soft, diffused light, ideally suited for parks, walking paths, and leisure zones. This light distribution improves user comfort, prevents glare, and preserves the intimate character of the space.

The LED luminaires were mounted at a height of 3.5 m, allowing for uniform illumination of pedestrian paths, benches, and street furniture, thus enhancing pedestrian safety after dark.

The poles were made of S235 steel and powder-coated in black. Additionally, the structures were protected with a polyurethane elastomer coating and an anti-graffiti layer, significantly increasing resistance to mechanical damage, weather conditions, and vandalism.

The use of solar power supply made it possible to implement the lighting without interfering with the power grid, reducing operating costs and aligning the project with the principles of sustainable development and ecological urban infrastructure.

Solar park lights form a functional and aesthetic complement to the new municipal park, enhancing safety, user comfort, and the attractiveness of public space in the Jeziorko housing estate in Ciechanów.
