Solar Park Lighting at a Primary School – Łódź

At a primary school in Łódź, an investment was completed involving the construction of solar park lighting. The main objective was to improve the safety of students, teachers, and local residents using the school infrastructure and adjacent areas.

The project utilized 16 W solar LED park lights, model SLO-16W/200W/4 m. The lighting was designed to ensure safe movement around the school grounds after dark, particularly along pedestrian routes, building entrances, and recreational zones.

The lights were mounted on decorative park poles, powder-coated black in accordance with the RAL color palette. The aesthetic form of the poles blends harmoniously with the school surroundings and public space.

Decorative “Pinecone” type luminaires were used, installed at a height of 3.5 m. The milky diffuser provides even, soft light distribution, increasing user comfort and eliminating glare.

The solar park lighting:

• enhances the safety of children and youth after school hours,
• improves visibility during the autumn and winter seasons,
• enables safe use of school grounds after dark,
• eliminates the need for connection to the power grid,
• supports ecological values and environmental education.

The completed investment represents a modern, energy-efficient, and visually appealing solution that significantly improves safety and comfort within the school area in Łódź.
