LST1 photovoltaic solar benches – Sectoral Skills Centre in Łuków

In the city of Łuków, an investment project was implemented consisting of the delivery of two photovoltaic solar benches to the newly constructed Sectoral Skills Centre, located at the Secondary School Complex No. 1 named after Henryk Sienkiewicz. The project constitutes an element of modern development of the educational space.

The installed benches, model LST1, combine leisure functions with the use of renewable energy. Each solar bench is equipped with LED lighting, 6 USB Quick Charge ports, 1 wireless (inductive) charger and 2 bicycle holders, which increases their functionality for students, teachers and visitors.

The benches were color-customized to meet the investor’s requirements, with the option of placing individual graphics. The steel structure was painted in RAL 7035 – matte, while the wooden elements were finished in a light oak color.

The wood was properly protected with an outdoor-use impregnation, ensuring durability and resistance to weather conditions. The weight of one bench is approximately 230 kg, which guarantees stability and safe use in public space.

The applied solar benches constitute a modern element of street furniture, aligned with the ideas of ecology, education and sustainable development, raising the standard of infrastructure at the Sectoral Skills Centre in Łuków.
