Revitalisation of the Marketplace and Park – “Shop and Relax in Koziegłowy”

In Koziegłowy, a project entitled “Shop and Relax” was implemented, covering the reconstruction of infrastructure around the marketplace located next to John Paul II Park. The objective of the investment was to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the public space, as well as to increase the safety of users of the commercial and recreational area.

As part of the project, solar LED street lamps were applied, providing energy-efficient and autonomous area lighting. Streetlights with a rated power of 15 W were installed, model SLU-15W/200W/5m – EKO, designed for illuminating pedestrian routes and the surroundings of the marketplace and the park.

The lighting system was complemented by the implementation of hybrid power supply systems for video surveillance. A hybrid power supply unit for CCTV cameras was installed, model HZZ-15W/400W/400W/6m – EKO, ensuring stable and independent operation of the monitoring system without the need to expand the electrical grid.

The combination of solar and hybrid technologies made it possible to create a coherent and eco-friendly system that improves safety, user comfort, and reduces infrastructure operating costs.

The completed investment represents a modern approach to the development of public spaces, combining commercial, recreational, and safety functions with the use of renewable energy sources in the town of Koziegłowy.
