Solar lighting of a school area – Włocławek

In Włocławek, a project was implemented involving lighting the area around a primary school using modern and environmentally friendly solar LED lamps. The investment aimed to improve safety and user comfort of the school surroundings after dark.

Solar street lights model SLU-20W/270W/4.5m – EKO were installed, equipped with 20 W LED luminaires. LED technology ensures high luminous efficiency with low energy consumption.

The lighting fixtures were installed at a height of 4.5 meters, allowing for uniform illumination of pedestrian routes, access paths to the building, and communication zones around the school, without excessive glare.

The street lights were mounted on octagonal steel poles, characterized by high structural stability and good resistance to wind loads. This pole geometry increases structural rigidity and ensures safe, long-term operation.

The use of solar power made it possible to implement the lighting without expanding the power infrastructure, which reduces maintenance costs and aligns with the concept of sustainable development.

The completed lighting improves the safety of students and school staff and enhances the aesthetics of the surrounding area, creating a functional and friendly educational environment.
