Solar Street Lighting – Improving Safety in Chorzów

In the town of Chorzów, an investment project was implemented involving additional street lighting using a 25W solar LED street lamp. The aim of the project was to increase the safety of pedestrians and drivers and to improve comfort of movement after dark.

The installed solar LED street lamp operates fully autonomously, using renewable energy. The lighting fixture was mounted at a height of 5.2 m, allowing for even distribution of light along the roadway and roadside.
