Solar lighting of a municipal road – Klebark Mały (Purda Municipality)
As part of the project entitled “Improvement of urban ecomobility in the Purda Municipality”, an investment was carried out involving the reconstruction of a municipal road in the village of Klebark Mały with the use of modern solar LED street lighting.
The road was illuminated using solar street lights model SLU-40W/400W/6m, equipped with 40 W LED luminaires. The applied solution ensures an appropriate level of roadway illumination and improves visibility for all road users.
The street lights were installed on steel poles made of S355 steel, designed for operation in Wind Zone I. The structure meets strength standard requirements, ensuring stability and safe operation of the lighting system in road conditions.
The use of solar technology enables independent operation of the lighting without connection to the power grid, resulting in low maintenance costs, reduced CO2 emissions, and alignment with the principles of sustainable transport and ecomobility development within the municipality.
