Solar Illumination of a Multi-Purpose Sports Field – Nowe Chrapowo

In the town of Nowe Chrapowo, an investment was carried out involving the illumination of a multi-purpose sports field and its surroundings using modern, environmentally friendly solutions based on renewable energy sources. The aim of the project was to increase user safety and extend the availability of the sports infrastructure after dark.

As part of the implementation, 40 W LED solar street lanterns, model SLU-40W/400W/5m-EKO, were applied to provide effective and uniform lighting of the playing field. They ensure an adequate level of illuminance during training sessions, sports activities, and recreational events.

The system is complemented by 2 × 8 W LED solar park lamps, model SLO-2x8W/200W/4m, designed to illuminate pedestrian routes, entrance zones, and recreational areas around the field. The use of two luminaires on a single pole allows for even, user-friendly lighting without glare.

The entire lighting system operates fully autonomously, without the need to connect to the power grid. Solar power significantly reduces operating costs and aligns with the principles of sustainable development and environmental protection.

The completed illumination of the sports field in Nowe Chrapowo improves safety, user comfort, and the functionality of the sports facility, making it an attractive place for physical activity for residents at different times of the day.
