600 W Vertical Wind Turbine – Practical Training Center in Białystok

As part of the investment entitled “Construction of the Practical Training Center at the Construction and Geodetic School Complex in Białystok”, the supply and installation of a vertical wind turbine were carried out, forming part of a modern infrastructure based on renewable energy sources.

A BR-V type vertical wind turbine with a rated power of 600 W and an operating voltage of 48 V was installed. The device was selected to ensure stable, safe, and quiet operation in urban environments and in close proximity to educational facilities.

The vertical wind turbine is characterized by independence from wind direction, allowing efficient energy generation even under variable and turbulent airflow conditions typical of urban areas. Thanks to its vertical axis of rotation, the turbine operates smoothly, without sudden vibrations or excessive noise.

The wind turbine installation serves a dual function:

• a practical renewable energy source supporting the facility’s infrastructure,
• an educational element enabling students and trainees to learn the principles of modern renewable energy technologies.

The use of the BR-V 600 W vertical wind turbine perfectly aligns with the mission of the Practical Training Center, promoting technical, ecological, and energy-related education. The investment is an example of the conscious application of renewable energy sources in educational facilities and tangible support for the energy transition in the city of Białystok.
