The 80W Hybrid LED Street Light  is a high-performance lighting solution designed for sports fields, large sports complexes, recreational areas, spacious parking lots and public spaces. By combining solar and wind energy, the lamp operates completely independently of the electrical grid, providing strong, uniform and safe illumination wherever it is most needed.

Hybrid technology – independent, powerful 80W LED lighting

80W Hybrid LED street lights  integrate two renewable energy sources, ensuring continuous operation throughout the year, even under harsh weather conditions:

  • photovoltaic panel – charges the battery with solar energy during the day,
  • wind turbine – provides additional power in periods of low sunlight,
  • intelligent controller – automatically activates the light after dusk and adjusts brightness.

The hybrid system is engineered for stable winter operation:
operating time: approx. 5 hours per day at full power,
battery capacity: minimum 20 hours of operation (4 consecutive cloudy and rainy days with no sunlight).

Certified hybrid pole structure – safety and durability

The entire hybrid pole structure is manufactured exclusively in a single production facility. It is not permitted to assemble the pole using components from different manufacturers, as this eliminates the risk of mismatch and guarantees full compliance with project and structural calculations.

The photovoltaic panel frame and the LED street light bracket offer 360° rotation around the pole axis, enabling:

  • optimal PV panel alignment with the sun,
  • precise light direction onto the field, area or surface requiring illumination.

Materials and standards – PN-EN 1090, EN ISO 1461, S235 steel

The main structural components, including the steel pole with PV frame, are made from S235 steel (pole, frame, bracket) and hold the required PN-EN 1090 certification issued by an independent, notified certification body.

Each structure is individually engineered for safety, taking into account:

  • the weight of the complete hybrid system (panels, turbine, luminaire),
  • wind load and aerodynamic surface,
  • wind zone and installation location.

All steel components undergo hot-dip galvanizing according to EN ISO 1461, ensuring long-term resistance to corrosion and outdoor conditions.

Polish LED luminaires ENEC / ZETOM – 5-year warranty

The LED luminaire used in the 80W hybrid street light is manufactured exclusively in Poland and certified by ENEC or ZETOM. With a luminous efficacy of 138–160 lm/W, it delivers powerful, uniform and energy-efficient lighting for large areas. All luminaires come with a 5-year warranty.

Notes:

  1. The above system configurations are based on our actual project experience. They are suitable for areas with an average annual peak solar irradiation of 3.5–4 hours per day.The battery capacity is designed to store enough energy for 4 consecutive cloudy or rainy days.
  2. The system configuration can be customized based on the specific requirements of the customer/project and local weather conditions.
  3. The batteries are recommended to be installed underground inside a battery box. This prevents exposure to high summer temperatures and extreme winter cold. They are waterproof and theft-resistant, while also being very easy to replace later in the service life. The battery box can also be mounted above ground or on the lamp pole.
  4. The pole can be customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
  5. All components are compliant with required certificates and approvals.
  6. The main structural elements — including the pole with a photovoltaic bracket and the foundation — are certified by an independent, notified certification body. They are safety-tested in terms of load-bearing requirements related to system weight and wind pressure at the intended installation site. The poles are certified according to: PNEN 1090 and EN 40-5 for special load-bearing and construction structures.
    Any company that does not possess — or cannot provide — such certificates has no right to sell structures that may endanger public safety and could lead to a structural disaster.
  • The possibility of purchasing an infra-red remote control and Wi-Fi interface with software to program and control the lamps from a distance.
  • Poles can be painted in any colour from the RAL range for an additional price.
